Arête Industries, Inc. is a business focusing on traditional oil and gas projects from owning Top Gathering Systems to acquiring oil and gas properties with current production and the opportunity for drilling.

Arête's business expertise and plans rely on its current Board of Directors, their expertise in oil and gas, finance, accounting and management.  The company has very good relationships with outside funding sources, oil and gas executives and marketing experts.

To begin, Arête is pursuing projects that have significant upside potential and can produce significant revenue. As the projects are developed, Arête, or entities created by Arête, will have ownership interests in the revenue streams, which can be securitized and collateralized either equity or private debt holders. Enabling the company to continue to grow, fulfill its ongoing financing requirements, and create value for its shareholders.
