Recent chat room postings have given us reason to state the following:

We are aware that the Company was late in paying the Wyoming taxes, but they have now been paid. There are people who tried to take advantage of the late payment by posting false information on the chat rooms to influence the Company's stock price. We are making this announcement because of the SEC rule violations being made by these individuals.
