Arête Industries is a publicly held business trading on the (Pink sheets) under the symbol (ARET). The Company purchased the TOP Gathering System located in Campbell County, Wyoming in September of 2006. This pipeline is connected to gas properties in Campbell Wyoming and is currently transporting approximately 900,000 mcf of gas per day. The pipeline has capacity up to three times as much gas as is presently being delivered, based on current compression. The purchase of the pipeline is part one of Arête’s four part program of merging, purchasing, developing, and acquiring operations in the oil & gas industry.

The Company is also keeping an eye to the future by pursuing opportunities to purchase oil and gas properties with existing wells, drilling opportunities and cash flow. The Company's management team possesses substantial skill and expertise in the Oil and Gas industry, corporate finance, compliance, corporate governance, capital formation, and mergers and acquisitions.
